Join us for a cooking class featuring North America’s most feared and loathed food-tofu. We’re show you our secret tips and tricks, and feed you well before you go. You won’t believe how great this versatile staple can be! Cheap, tasty and easily available-we hope you’ll leave as a new tofu lover. Class runs from 6-8 pm Friday January 9th at Next Church (classes are back of the building through the glass door). You can bring an apron and a favourite knife if you like to get your hands dirty in class.
