
Join us Monday, March 6th as we try out a brand new location (please note this is not a permanent switch for all classes, our orginal location has limited availability and it’s been requested to offer classes at later times.) We will be trying the newest food hub in Kingston, 53 Yonge st, which is the former site of the Harbour Restaurant. It’s on the second floor, but has an elevator so is fully accessable. It also has a gorgeous, huge commercial kitchen for us to play in! Our class starts at 6 pm, and runs approximately 2 hours. In this class, we will be learning to make delicious vegan perogies, cashew sour cream, shiitake bacon and pickled onions. We’ll finish class with a sit down meal together to taste our creations.
