After a sell out January, we’re opening our books early in hopes that you’ll have a chance to join us. We’ll be offering two classes:

Friday Feb 10th at 4:30
Come learn with us how to make some of our favourite weeknight meals, with prep time of 15 minutes or less. We’ll learn how to make:
Creamy Polenta and Tomato Ragout
Panko Tofu
Sheet pan Butternut Squash Chipotle Soup
Class includes instruction, recipes to take home and a meal. Banter is free.
Our next culinary adventure will take us to Greece

Friday February 24th at 4:30!
We’ll learn about recreating Greek delights in a plant based way. We’ll be making
Spanikopita (kale and “feta” in phyllo dough)
Tzatziki
Souvlaki Seitan (then later skewered)
You’ll get instruction, recipes to take home and a meal.
Classes take place in the back of Next church (89 Colborne St) through the glass door. Bring your favourite knife if you have one!
Building is accessable with two gender neutral washrooms and a ramp up. Please let us know if we can make this more accessable for you.
Classes are $50 a person. Please note, we have space in each class for folks to attend at a “pay what you can rate”. This can be $0 and up, we just want you there and don’t want cost to be a barrier for anyone to attend. We also happily work in trade! To snag one of these spots, just send us a message!
